Rethinking human performance.

Antro Performance is an initiative dedicated to holistic human performance. We support individuals in exploring and optimising  all parts of oneself in order to perform well in the new time we´re leaving in — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual - while powered by AI.

We offer:

To support personalization and informed decision-making, we also integrate AI-driven tools that help identify patterns in training, recovery, and daily habits. These tools enhance — but never replace — the role of human coaching. We combine quantitative data with qualitative understanding to provide a more complete picture of each person’s development.

All our services are built on a tested methodology, grounded in both lived experience and evidence-based practice- always guided by a both/and mindset.

Hi, I am Henriette

I am Henriette, founder and coach at Antro Performance.

I´ve spent the last 10 years researching human performance and excellence, largely using myself as a test bunny, in addition to analysing the lives of numerous clients in my work as a persona trainer, coach, and innovation specialist.  While my formal background is in innovation and entreprenourship, my passion has always been in the realm of human performance. I´ve had almost a nerdy fascination towards what makes some people rise through challenges, whether that is within innovation and business or in showing up in life as a mother, father, or friend.

As a former Norwegian and Scandinavian kickboxing champion, an ex-CrossFit athlete, and someone with quite the tolerance to discomfort, I have embodied a sense of pride in "knowing what it means to be uncomfortable" and tried to share my teachings with others. After being hit by a massive depression in 2022, however, I realized that mental health issues is a whole different beast of a challenge, one that would almost drastically change my life for the worse. But it didn´t. 

Amidst depression, anxiety and caring for two small children I did not have the right tools to cope. So, I had to create them. I came to realize that human performance is contextual. What works in one situation will actually make things worse in another. Sheer willpower won´t slay your inner demons. Only self-compassion and the willingness to look inwards can. 

This is how Antro Performance was born. A platform and initiative dedicated for all things holistic human performance. 

And why holistic? Because that´s what human performance is. It is not EITHER OR. But BOTH AND. 

Not either willpower or self-compassion. It is willpower AND self-compassion.

It is being both hard and soft at the same time. Both a strong power-house  ready for war and a vulnerable child in the need for attachment. 

I hold a master of science in Innovation. 

I am a certified personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach. 

I am a certified Crossfit coach and former CF athlete.

I am a three-time Norwegian and Scandinavian champion of kickboxing and hold a brown-belt degree 2 (8/10 degree).

I am a mother, a daughter, a sister, a wife. 

But above all, I am human. And as a human I am full of resources - actually, beyond my wildest imagination. Which means, so are you!

I don´t believe in gimmicks or hacks or one-size-fits-all. I believe in curiosity, humility, and hard work. I think nature rewards those that are genuinely curious about improvement, unafraid to confront the truth, and willing to work ridiculously hard to get results. 

 

I also believe that an obsession with optimization should not be at the expense of joy. 

 

At Antro we therefore apply both/and thinking.
To truly become the superhuman version of yourself, you have to bring all of you to the table. This is what it means to think HOLISTICALLY about human performance and how you show up in life. You can be disciplined AND soft. Ambitious and grounded. Fierce and playful. Structured and flexible. Masculine and feminine.

 

It IS uncomfortable to bring all your shadow sides into the light but oh, so rewarding if you dare.
Whether it’s handed to you by life or you go out and seek it - pain is part of the human experience. An inconvenient truth, maybe — but also a powerful teacher.

So if you’re reading this and you’ve overcome adversity, I congratulate you.
And if you haven’t yet faced the darker edges of life, don’t worry — I’ll be right here when you do, ready to hand you every tool you need.
