Hi, I am Henriette

I coach people. 

My passion lies in understanding human beings as adaptive systems — where mindset, physiology, habits, and environment continuously shape how we function. This perspective drives my work as a coach and is the foundation of ANTRO™ Performance: a health & lifestyle concept for systemic human performance, integrating insights from performance psychology, behavioral science, innovation, and modern training methods.

 

Ever since small, I´ve been curious to understand what makes people excel in life. This curiosity has made me follow various pursuits myself, ranging from "hard" disciplines on one side, such as competitive sports, strict diets, and bodybuilding, to more "soft" ("feminine") practices on the other side, such as tai chi, breathwork, and meditation. Having studied and practiced self-help for the past 15+ years has resulted in quite an extensive toolbox for "life mastery," which I am eager to share with others.

 

I am a certified personal trainer, CrossFit coach, and strength coach with a master degree in innovation. Being married to a Latin American and having lived two years in Spain and three years in the Netherlands, I am used to engaging with people from diverse cultures and perspectives. I’m deeply curious, open-minded, and skilled at finding common ground — grounded in the belief that beneath our differences, we all share the same human needs.

 

My work is inspired by innovation and systems thinking. I approach human challenges much like complex systems — where patterns, feedback loops, and context matter as much as individual behaviors. At the same time, I place strong emphasis on human needs, drawing on extensive experience in needs-mapping and innovation processes.

I’m inspired by a broad range of thinkers and practitioners within psychology, self-development, and performance, including Carl Jung, Daniel Kahneman, James Clear, and Wim Hof, to name a few. Rather than following a single method, I integrate insights across disciplines.

As a coach, I believe in working as a dedicated team over time, with clear timeframes, practical actions, and shared responsibility. Change becomes sustainable when we address the body, mind, spirit, and environment in parallel — translating insight into lived practice.
